Studio Sessions

  • All sessions are 75 minutes.
  • Sessions run with a maximum of five participants, to ensure the highest degree of supervision and instruction.
  • Sessions are tailored to individual requirements, and include a combination of mat and equipment exercises.
  • These classes are suitable for individuals with injuries or serious conditions.

Mat Classes

  • Classes are 60 minutes long.
  • Classes have a maximum of 10 participants, and are run as block courses, never drop-in.
  • Mat classes are group exercise, with all participants following the same exercise sequence.
  • Mat classes are not suitable for individuals with serious injuries or conditions. Studio sessions are advised in this case.
  • A beginners course or an initial consultation should be completed before joining another level.

Beginners


Clients are asked to wear comfortable but fitted clothes. Health regulations require all attendees to wear socks.
No bare feet please.
