CLASSES

We offer over 20 class times per week allowing you to book and choose any time or any number of classes to suit your needs. Take a look out our schedule to find a time that best suits you.

  • All new clients start with a private introductory class. This is so we can teach you the basics of the pilates method, and get to know your body, injuries or conditions, in order to begin your own personal programme. For your initial consultation please email us or call to arrange your appointment.

    PRICING: $90

  • Our highly trained teachers provide individual pilates workouts to suit your needs, whether it is goal specific or for general health. Simply the best way of working out, studio classes are individually focused, well-designed and time-efficient. 75 minutes in length and catering to any level, they use all types of equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Ladder Barrel, and have up to five people in each class.

    PRICING: $60 PER CLASS // $550 FOR 10 // $50 per week membership

  • Perfect for people beginning pilates, those who are aiming for specific performance goals or for carefully guided rehabilitation. We are happy to work in with your practitioner (doctor/physiotherapist/osteopath/massage therapist) to discuss your pilates programme in order to give you the most effective exercises. A minimum of one private class is recommended before commencing studio classes.

Membership Terms:

  • Memberships are to be paid weekly by automatic payment/direct debit into the Performance Pilates account, to be received by the Monday of each week. Membership must be paid in advance and will allow the client to attend one or two studio classes per week.

  • Makeup classes can be arranged for missed classes, either using the online booking system or through the front desk. Missed classes will expire after four weeks if not taken during this time. If class must be cancelled due to studio circumstances, class can be credited towards the following weeks payment.

  • Classes that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be fully charged. Class times will not be held open for longer than a period of three weeks for absences.

  • A membership suspension/holiday may be arranged with two weeks notice for periods greater than two weeks, and not longer than one month, such as when the client may be out of Wellington. It is not expected that this would be necessary more than twice in a 12-month period. All cases of membership suspension must be discussed with the owner. No retrospective suspension periods can be applied for unused classes.

  • There is no contract period for memberships, and membership may be terminated at the client’s discretion with four weeks notice.

  • Please note that the studio is closed on public holidays, in which case clients can have the option of making up a class on another day that week, or cancelling the payment for that class.

  • The studio is closed for 2-3 weeks over Christmas, during which payments are suspended.

  • All classes are non-transferable and no refunds are available.

  • To be eligible for membership, new clients must first complete an initial session, followed by a block of 10 pre-paid classes.

  • Memberships will be signed by agreement, with all Terms and Conditions laid out clearly for the client to see.
